2. Where do you source your coffee beans?
Our coffee beans are sourced from various regions across Latin America, known for their exceptional coffee-growing climates and rich flavor profiles. We work with trusted farmers and cooperatives to ensure quality and consistency in every cup.
3. How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
To preserve freshness, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid refrigerating or freezing coffee, as it can cause moisture buildup and affect flavor.
4. Do you offer ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both whole beans and ground options. You can select your preference during checkout. For optimal flavor, we recommend grinding beans just before brewing, but we understand the convenience of pre-ground coffee.
5. What brewing methods work best for your coffee?
Each coffee variety comes with brewing recommendations to highlight its unique flavor. Generally, our coffees work well with French press, pour-over, and drip machines.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to select international locations. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us to confirm availability.
7. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund. We also offer a 14-day cooling-off period for orders shipped to the European Union. For more information, visit our Return Policy page.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues. We’ll work to resolve the problem quickly and ensure you’re satisfied with your order.

Currently, we’re an online-only business and do not offer public visits to our roastery. However, we’re always exploring ways to bring our coffee closer to our customers, so stay tuned!

Yes, we offer select decaf options crafted with the same care as our regular coffees. Look for the “decaf” label on our product page to find caffeine-free choices.
